Recently, Huawei's power adapter model HW-100400C00 passed 3C certification. The adapter is manufactured by Yada Electronics (Luoding) Co., Ltd. The highest output specification is 10V/4A at an altitude of 5000 meters. In other words, the maximum charging power of this charger will be as high as 40W, which is much higher than the 22.5W fast charging technology applied on the Huawei P20 series.
As we all know, Huawei's glory Magic released at the end of 2016 is equipped with 5V/8A fast charging technology, and the total charging time is only about 45 minutes. The charging time of this 40W fast charging technology is likely to be close to 30 minutes. According to technology blogger @钟文泽, the technology may be launched on Huawei's latest flagship Mate 20.
Recently, OPPO has also made breakthroughs in charging technology. The OPPO Find X high-profile version equipped with SuperVOOC super flash charging technology can fully charge 3400mAh battery in 35 minutes. It is also a new generation of fast charging technology. I wonder if Huawei Mate 20 equipped with 40W fast charging technology can break this record.
