IPhone Domestic Sales Fell Year On Year

Apple suffered a huge impact

Latest data show that iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in the first three months ended April is still the best-selling mobile phone in the United States, with a total market share of 20.1%. Total iPhone sales grew by 5.8% year on year, to 36.5%.

In contrast to Apple's old rival Samsung, data show that Samsung's flagship Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus total market share of 8.1%, which is lower than last year's Galaxy S7/S7 Plus 8.8% during the same period.

But Apple's performance in China has been mixed. The good news is that sales of iPhone have risen compared with the previous quarter, but sales have fallen in the year to year.

In the most recent quarter, iOS's share in China was 16.2%, down 3.8% from a year earlier.

Despite recent big hits in the Chinese market, Apple has repeatedly stressed that China is an important market for apple, and still believes in the future development of the Chinese market. Many industry insiders believe that the redesigned "iPhone 8" will be an important weapon for apple to enhance its performance in the Chinese market.

While Apple's five major markets in Europe (Britain, Germany, France, Italy and Spain), iPhone sales grew by 1.1%, and market share reached 19.3%.
