Samsung has decided to release the Galaxy S9 and S9 + flagship models at the MWC2018 conference at the end of next month. The latest news shows that both devices have obtained FCC certification from the United States and are a step closer to the market.
The FCC certification information shows that the SM-G960 should be the Samsung S9 and the SM-G965 the Galaxy S9 +, all of which support major network formats including GSM / CDMA / UMTS / LTE and are manufactured in Vietnam, China and South Korea.
It is worth noting that there are four Samsung S9-related models, they are SM-G960U, SM-G960U1, SM-G960W and SM-G960XU. The first two are expected to be the US version of the Samsung S9, the third is the Canadian version. Samsung may need a variety of demonstrators to test, so here are up to four certified models. Samsung S9 + is expected to be about the same with S9.
Samsung S9 uses a 5.8-inch QHD + Super AMOLED full-color curved screen, the screen will account for an astonishing 90%, built-in 4GB + 64GB / 128GB storage combination; as for the S9 + with 6.2-inch screen, built-in 6GB +64 GB / 128GB storage combination. They are equipped with Snapdragon 845 mobile platform, running Android 8.0 system, supports MicroSD card expansion to 256GB, support for iris recognition, 3D facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, support for wireless charging, NFC, fast charge and other functions.
